What's the minimum order?

No minimum for standard orders. For container shipments (MOQ 10 pallets) and custom sizes, contact us for details.

How long does shipping take?

US orders: 5-10 business days. Australia: 7-14 days. Container shipments: minimum 40 days lead time, door to door.

Do you offer private labeling?

Yes — custom printed honeycomb paper with your brand is available for orders above 5 tons.

Is it really as strong as bubble wrap?

In most applications, it outperforms bubble wrap. The interlocking cells distribute impact force more evenly across the surface.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) and LC (Letter of Credit). FOB and CIF shipping terms preferred.

What paper types are available?

We offer both Virgin and Recycled honeycomb kraft paper, with thickness ranging from 60 GSM to 80 GSM and widths from 30cm to 50cm.
